Ben Brown is a software engineer and online community pioneer. Over his 14 year net obsession, he has created a variety of products, from the before-its-time "contextual information assistant" Deepleap, to the tag-based social network Consumating.com, which was purchased in 2005 by CNET Networks.
Now, Ben makes things at XOXCO, most recently PeoplePods, an opensource community management system.
Doug Vann, Duo Consulting
Doug Vann's most recent project was Brazen Careerist enhancing their Web 2.0 presence by increasing the Social Networking functionality of User Profiles. He now works full time with Duo Consulting out of Chicago.
His strong desire to reach out to Drupal's newcomers has lead to presentations in Minneapolis, Toronto, CMS Expo and Drupal camps in Chicago, Atlanta, Wisconsin and Los Angeles, where ever he can offer a hand up to the uninitiated. He vividly recalls the days of sitting in large rooms listening to the great minds of Drupal speaking and all the while wondering, "What's a node?"
Emanuel London, Duo Consulting
Emanuel London has developed countless Drupal modules, solved countless Drupal problems, provided Drupal training and consultation and has done his part to spread the word about Drupal. He has experience building numerous flavors of Drupal sites but particularly likes importing data into Drupal and integrating Drupal with external systems. In addition to PHP, Emanuel is also skilled in XHTML, CSS and Javascript and has done lots of Drupal theming, and also worked extensively with CiviCRM. When not working on websites or learning new technologies, Emanuel enjoys playing chess, cooking, stand up comedy, any sport he can watch or try his hands (or feet) at and exploring Chicago.
Fred Salchli, Duo Consulting
As the Chief Technical Officer at Duo Consulting, Fred has over 16 years experience in the design, implementation and management of Information Technology. He uses his analytical skills to tear problems down to the essentials and work with our teams to develop great solutions. Fred finds the industries constant change stimulating and challenging. Once the problem has been accurately defined, he finds working through problems together as his favorite way to shake out solutions.
Jeff Eaton, Lullabot
Jeff Eaton has been building Internet and desktop software for over a decade. He's participated in projects ranging from web-portals for communities and nonprofits, to enterprise client-server applications for retail industries, to large-scale web applications for companies like Dow AgroSciences and the Chicago Board of Trade.
In 2005, he began developing solutions based on the open-source Drupal content management framework. In the years since, he's become a core developer for the Drupal project, specializing in architecture and API development. In his capacity as a consultant for Lullabot Consulting, LLC, he's helped plan and build the software infrastructure for Drupal sites including MTV UK's music portal, SonyBMG's artist site platform, and Fast Company's groundbreaking business networking site. Jeff is known as "eaton" on drupal.org.

Jeffrey MacIntyre @jeffmacintyre is the principal of Predicate, a New York-based content and editorial strategy consultancy for digital publishers.
He works and speaks widely as an independent content strategist and field expert in the intersection of content publishing, programming and product strategy online. Rachel Lovinger has almost 10 years experience in online publishing, website development and content management. As a Content Strategy Lead at Razorfish, Rachel strives to connect users with the quality content they want and need. Shea's especially interested in relevance, findability, signification, and inherently funny words.
She founded and leads the Semantic Web Affinity Group at Razorfish, dedicated to exploring a future in which information is more efficiently structured and connections more easily discovered. Rachel was doing content strategy long before she realized it was an actual field.

Affectionately known as "Mr. Ubercart" in the Drupal world, Ryan got his start in web development through an online sales company based in Louisville, KY, his home of over 10 years. It was there that he nursed Ubercart through its infancy as the Project Lead and community face of the project. Ryan later joined Commerce Guys where he continued to lead Ubercart until branching out into Drupal Commerce, a new initiative focusing on empowering users to build e-commerce sites with the best new features that Drupal 7 has to offer.

He is founder of the Boston Knowledge Management Forum and co-author of Practical Knowledge Management from the IBM Press.
